Esha K. is a singer-songwriter and music industry professional whose work bridges artistry and strategy. As a performer, she’s released a self-written EP and multiple singles, co-produced with GRAMMY-nominated producers and recorded in legendary Bay Area studios. Her music blends emotional depth with striking clarity, earning her performances on stages across the U.S. and internationally – including the renowned Carnegie Hall in New York City.

With a degree in Communications from Santa Clara University (summa cum laude) and a year-long songwriting intensive at BIMM London, Esha brings both academic rigor and creative nuance to her passion for music. Beyond her own artistry, she has contributed to the music ecosystem through roles at NAMM, The Recording Academy, an artist branding consultant, and as a freelance music educator.
Currently, Esha works at Universal Music Group, where she leads audience development for Interscope Records’ pop/rock roster. In this role, she fosters meaningful artist-to-fan connections, drives revenue through artist stores, and maintains a consistent brand voice across first-party marketing channels.
